Application Process

Apply. Candidates have greater success when their experience strongly matches our job description, so make sure the skills and achievements on your resume fit the job requirements. A successful job application consists of a cover letter, curriculum vitae (CV) and copies of the most important certificates and references.
Review. Our valuable recruiters read your application. They are experts in interpreting resumes and familiar with checking whether your skills fit to our open job positions.
Telephone Interview. In our telephone interview, you will get the chance to receive a short introductory call held by the recruiter and hiring manager to tell you a little more about us, the job position and to get to know you better.
F2F Interview. Our interviewing process intends to help us find the people who will thrive in our environment and are willing to learn. Steps will vary by team but can include: logical as well as technical tests and/or case studies followed by presentations.
Offer. If you are selected and you want to join the team, you will stay in close touch with your recruiter who will walk you through the proposed details of the offer.
Onboarding. Once you have signed the offer, let’s get started. On Day 1, you and other new colleagues will learn more about Nexontis as an organization and, the processes and IT tools you will use in your day-to-day work. Moreover, your manager/buddy will provide you with additional guidance during your first months.

Please submit all necessary application documents (e.g. internship reports, diploma, academic history) as digital files in PDF format.
We can reimburse your journey by local transport, 2nd class train ticket, economy class plane ticket or 0.30€ per km by car. If you cannot go home on the same day (due to the distance or air / train connections) Nexontis reimburses the costs for accommodation.
